James (Jim) F. Benner

For over twenty years, Jim served as chief financial officer for multinational companies in the mid-stream oil & gas sector. As CFO, he led or participated in numerous projects and corporate functions in the following areas: finance, treasury, planning, acquisition/divestiture, risk management, information technology, audit, accounting and tax. Jim is a general practitioner who brings broad-based knowledge to a particular problem, and drill-down and drill-around capability to find the best solutions. He has accumulated vast business experience in Latin American, European, Canadian and U.S. financial and tax matters. Today, his practice focuses on providing quality advice to individuals and their small to medium sized businesses.
Jim, a founder of Brenner & Elsea-Mandojana, LLC, has been a certified public accountant for over 30 years. He is accredited in business valuations, and is an alumnus of a “Big 4” international accounting firm (PWC) and the University of Florida.

Christine is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planning Professional with more than two decades of professional experience serving in various managerial positions at “Big 4” accounting firms and in the finance and non-profit industries.
Prior to becoming a founder of Brenner & Elsea-Mandojana, LLC, she started CEM Tax and Financial Planning in 2006 to cater to the needs of U.S. expatriates worldwide, specializing in U.S. taxation and financial planning, and currently services clients in over 25 countries. She has worked professionally in the U.S., Asia, Latin America and Europe, and was also an adjunct professor of accounting at the Universidad del Pacifico in Lima, Peru. Christine holds a BSBA in Accounting, a Master’s Degree in International Business Diplomacy from Georgetown University and a certificate in personal financial planning.
Christine currently resides overseas in Ankara, Turkey.
