After ten years of fruitful collaboration, our firm has reached a crossroads regarding our growth, and we believe we will be better positioned to provide our clients with professional services as separate firms.  Consequently, we are pleased to jointly announce that we are dissolving Brenner & Elsea-Mandojana, LLC effective December 31, 2020 and starting our separate CPA firms: CEM Global Tax Planning, LLC and Brenner Global Associates, LLC.  Although our teams will no longer work under the same firm name, our commitment to providing our clients with excellence and professionalism will continue.
